Incredible random promotions (like 30% off codes), no tax or duties, great customer service, and a stellar rewards program. Stock is usually limited so you have to act fast if you want something. Probably where I purchase from the most.
LUISAVIAROMA
NET-A-PORTER
A few times per year, NAP puts on some killer sales, which is usually the only time I shop with them (because I don't enjoy paying $$$ in sales tax, tbh). Their shipping speed, customer service and returns process is A+.
A 2018 discovery of mine, SSENSE is based in Spain and has a great selection of my go-to designers, plus fast shipping, no tax or duties, and knock-your-socks off sales a few times per year.

SHOPS.
SHOPBOP
I have always had an awesome customer service experience with SB – when UPS lost a very expensive package, they sent out a replacement two days later. Their sales and selection are fabulous, and I can usually count on my parcel arriving in just 2 days.
MATCHES
FASHION
A great place to purchase from when they have promo codes (or when they do their extra 20%+ off sale selections), but not my first choice since their customer service is lacking in my experience.
MY THERESA
When everyone else seems to be out of stock on something, I can usually find it on MYT. Their shipping is slower than everyone else, but their prices are great (again, no sales tax, see the theme here?) and duties are included.
SAKS 5TH AVE.
I've been a Saks rewards member since 2013, and they often do incentives like spend X and receive a hefty gift card, which I've put to use a few times (and how I got a pair of Gucci Ace Bee Sneakers for $300 instead of $730 +tax). Definitely purchase online, not through a Saks stylist (it's faster and you can use Ebates).

Use my link for up to $100 off your first purchase (I'll receive up to $100 off my next purchase, too!).
MODA OPERANDI
You can find some beautiful, straight-off-the-runway and hard-to-find pieces here, which is why I love MO. Their sales and promotions are killer and will truly be detrimental to your wallet! Customer service is spot-on too.
BERGDORF GOODMAN
The selection at Bergdorf's is always stellar – if you can't find something you've been coveting, you'll most likely to be able to find it here. The best way to shop Bergdorf's is through a stylist, since they often have access to stock not listed online, and your order will be tax-free if you're outside NY. My Bergdorf stylist (and good friend) Randi is the one to contact! Message her on Instagram or Facebook for a fast response.
VICKI MORAV
My favorite place to buy one of my favorite skin care brands – Biologique Recherche. Their shipping is fast and they load you up with samples, which has led me to discovering fantastic new products I may have otherwise not thought about purchasing.
RESCUE SPA
When Vicki Morav is out of stock on a Biologique Recherche product I'm looking for, then I order from Rescue Spa. They're my second choice because their packages are a little slower to arrive, always seem to arrive banged up, and they're stingy with the samples. Their customer service is great, however.
CUPIDROP
Great shop for Korean beauty brands, including my favorite, COSRX. Their customer service is so sweet, and they have amazing specials and a great rewards program. They are always very generous with their samples, too.
THE LONG LIST OF HAUNTS
When I want to participate in a trend or need to top-op on some basics, I usually gravitate toward the list of shops I've compiled below. I love them for their wide variety of wallet-friendly garments. The quality and style varies, so make sure you read the fabric composition information.
